Adult Learn-to-Sail

New members of all ages and abilities are always welcome at GSC.

For adults who would like to take up this great sport, as long as you are relatively fit it is never too late.

We do organise learn-to-sail sessions for adults based on demand, so if you are interested please send an email to: training.gsc@gmail.com

The sessions are free to members of the club. For non-members – the fee is $125 (associate membership) which gives you 3 sessions. A sessions depends on your level of sailing experience. It could involve going on an Envy training dinghy with an experienced instructor or it may involve a use of a club Laser with guidance in rigging and sailing tips can be provided.

If you want to continue, then you can upgrade to adult membership which is $330.
