If you are thinking about sailing but not ready to invest in a boat, you can hire one of our club boats (subject to availability).
Note: boat hire is only available on the Sundays that we sail.  There are two session.  Sunday Morning Sailing 10:00 – 12:00 (beginners). Sunday Afternoon Sailing 2:00 – 4:00 (Intermediate and Advanced)

Club boats available for hire include the following:

• Optimists – ideal for juniors learning to sail
• Flying 11 & OpenBICs – more experienced junior sailors
• Lasers – good boat for older sailors with a bit of experience
• Envy – great for families

The rates for boat hire are:

$40 – Single rental – Lasers and Envys .  ($25 club members)
$30 – Single rental – Optimists and OpenBICS.  ($15 club members)

Note: Due to a limited number of club boats, it is recommended that you check that club boat is available prior to the sailing day.
