Greenwich Sailing Club (GSC) is a friendly family-oriented sailing club located on the foreshores of Sydney Harbour, with excellent club house and rigging facilities in a park setting. We also have spare boat storage space, ample free parking and a good launching ramp.

The club caters for dinghy sailors from novices to experienced, with learn-to-sail programmes and regular coaching for all classes. We offer competitive Sunday afternoon racing for a range of boat classes including Optimists, Flying Elevens, Lasers, O’pen Skiffs and 29ers.

The club has been established since 1938 and is situated at one of the best locations on the harbour – with a 180 degree panoramic view of the sailing area from Goat Island through to Cockatoo Island. We have played an important part in introducing generations of Sydneysiders to the sport, retaining our membership base over a long period.
